[FEATURE]: The browser tab currently displays a static title (DebateAI) regardless of which page is open.

### Feature and its Use Cases

Currently, the browser tab title remains `DebateAI` regardless of which page the user is viewing.

The feature would dynamically update the browser tab title based on the current page while retaining the application name.

For Example :
When I am on the Home/Start Debate page, the browser tab displays:

`DebateAI`

Similarly, when I navigate to the Community page, the browser tab still displays:

`DebateAI`

It would be better if the browser tab title dynamically reflected the current page, for example:

- Home/Start Debate → `DebateAI`
- Community → `Community | DebateAI`
- About → `About | DebateAI`
- Tournaments → `Tournaments | DebateAI`

This would help users quickly identify the page when multiple tabs are open and provide better context and a more polished browsing experience.
