UI Enhancement Request: Improve "Team Builder" Title Visibility

# 🎨 UI Issue: Team Builder Heading Has Low Contrast + Icons Inconsistent in High Contrast Mode

## 📌 Description
On the **Team Builder** page, the main heading text **"Team Builder"** has low contrast against the background, especially in **Dark Mode**, making it hard to read and reducing UI clarity.

Additionally, in **High Contrast Mode**, the icon colors are inconsistent — some icons appear orange/hardcoded instead of following the theme’s primary yellow color.

## ❗ Current Behavior
### Team Builder Heading
- The heading blends into the background in dark theme.
- The title does not stand out as the main UI element.

### High Contrast Mode Icons
- The icon near the status banner ("You are currently in a team") does not consistently follow the High Contrast theme styling.
- The icon near the **Matchmaking Pool** section is hardcoded orange instead of using the theme's primary yellow color.

## ✅ Expected Behavior
- The **"Team Builder"** heading should have strong contrast and be clearly readable in **Light Mode, Dark Mode, and High Contrast Mode**.
- Icons should follow the design system/theme tokens instead of hardcoded colors.
- In High Contrast Mode, icons should use the theme’s **yellow primary** color for consistency.
