Deploy Python Chatbot Server and Front-End on Vercel (or any other suitable platform)

The current chatbot in our app is deployed on Railway, and the front-end interacts with it via the deployed link. While this setup works well, it incurs costs for keeping the chatbot running on Railway.

We are looking for a way to deploy both the Python chatbot server and the front-end of the app on a platform like Vercel (or any other platform that supports both), so we can avoid deploying the chatbot on a separate platform and reduce costs.

Acceptance Criteria:

Investigate and confirm if it's possible to deploy the Python server and the front-end together on Vercel (or another platform).
Ensure that the chatbot and front-end communicate seamlessly after deployment.
Provide a guide or documentation on the steps involved in the deployment process.
