Proposal: Migrate Smart Contract Testing from Hardhat to Foundry for Improved Performance & Efficiency

Hey @Ronnieraj37 I was thinking about improving the testing workflow for our election contracts. Since Hardhat tests can be slow and require extra JS tooling, I wanted to propose switching to Foundry for testing. It’s much faster, allows writing tests directly in Solidity. Should I proceed with that writing test and has better debugging features (cheat codes, gas reports, forking, etc.).
