file not found error

I am trying to emulate the steps in VmWare Fusion with ubuntu 20.04 lts and this is error that I get while going through all the steps. the particular file PersonCovList.h is not found in the repository. I think the repository is updated but the instructions are not updated accordingly? We might use this repository for an artwork at https://www.lozano-hemmer.com/
