GoodputCalculator with Recording in Maxtext

I have enable_goodput_recording and monitor_goodput in my Maxtext run and I am able to see the dataloading in logs in https://github.com/AI-Hypercomputer/maxtext/blob/main/MaxText/train.py#L822-L828.
