In the current approach from solving #8 , our Dockerfile demands an external (self-hosted) PPA with unsecured connection (parametrized with the `PPA_HOSTNAME` argument).
We should provide more ways to supply proprietary `*.deb` files: by putting them into the same folder as Dockerfile or not installing them at all.
