IDF swadge configuration pins

## Description
When using `idf.py menuconfig` to switch swadge configurations, selecting `HARDWARE_HOTDOG_PROTO` does not allow for use of the touchpad. All other buttons work correctly.

## Expected behavior
Touchpad is useable

## Reproduction Steps
Flash a proto-hotdog with the appropriate settings and use a mode that requires the touchpad/factory reset and try to pass the screen

## Additional Notes

Reproduce first with `idf.py menuconfig` on a proto-hotdog (`main`/`gottaGo`) using `HARDWARE_HOTDOG_PROTO`, flash, and run a touchpad-required screen/factory-reset flow to confirm the issue. Then locate where `HARDWARE_HOTDOG_PROTO` is defined and where touchpad GPIO/pin initialization is selected for that hardware profile. Follow that path into the input/driver code and verify by flashing again that the touchpad works while other buttons still do.
