**Description:**
Learn how builds are created and released. Understand environment variable usage (e.g., `APP_VERSION`, `PROFILE`) and how binaries are published across platforms.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Identify where and how builds are created (manual vs automated)
- [ ] Review GitHub Releases and binary naming conventions
- [ ] Test a local build and simulated release
- [ ] Understand how update scripts pull the latest version
**Definition of Done:**
- [ ] Maintainer can publish a new release
- [ ] Steps to build and tag binaries documented clearly
