**Description**: We will document the automated processes and provide training materials for other developers.
**Tasks**:
- Create comprehensive documentation for using and maintaining the release notes and tag notes automation.
- Develop training materials, including examples and best practices.
- Communicate the new process to the development team and address any questions or concerns.
