**Description**: We will develop a process to automatically generate tag notes when a new tag is created.

**Tasks**:

- Determine the necessary information to include in tag notes (e.g., version number, release date).

- Create a script to extract and format the required information.

- Validate the script's functionality by tagging a test release.
