### Description
This ticket covers the planning, deployment, and operational readiness of a production-grade OpenStack environment on bare metal servers.

### Sub-tasks
- [ ] **1.1: Finalize Deployment Approach**
- [ ] Evaluate and select deployment tool: Charmed OpenStack (MAAS + Juju), Kolla-Ansible , Openstack Ansible.
- [ ] Document the rationale for the chosen approach.

- [ ] **1.2: Hardware and Firmware Preparation**
- [ ] Verify BMC access for all nodes.
- [ ] Standardize firmware and BIOS settings across all servers.
- [ ] Configure RAID/HBA modes as required.
- [ ] Ensure dual NICs are available and configured for redundancy.

- [ ] Create least-privilege service users for all OpenStack services.
- [ ] Implement a secrets management solution (e.g., Barbican, Vault).

- [ ] **1.6: Operations and Lifecycle Management**
- [ ] Implement a comprehensive backup and recovery strategy.
- [ ] Develop preflight validation checks for deployments and upgrades.
- [ ] Document the procedure for staged, controlled upgrades.
- [ ] Set up monitoring with Prometheus and Alertmanager.
- [ ] Aggregate logs using a centralized logging solution.
- [ ] Schedule and perform regular disaster recovery tests.
