Master Orchestration Playbook

As a DevOps engineer, I want a master Ansible playbook that orchestrates
the entire OpenStack deployment so that I can deploy with one command.

Acceptance Criteria:
- [ ] Main playbook calls all component playbooks in correct order
- [ ] Dependency management ensures services start in proper sequence
- [ ] Error handling stops deployment if critical services fail
- [ ] Post-deployment verification runs comprehensive tests
- [ ] Deployment status reported with clear success/failure indicators
- [ ] Rollback capability for failed deployments
- [ ] Environment-specific variable files (dev/staging/prod)
- [ ] Complete deployment completes in under 60 minutes
