Image Service (Glance) Automation

As a DevOps engineer, I want an Ansible playbook for Glance deployment
so that OpenStack can manage VM images automatically.

Acceptance Criteria:
- [ ] Glance database and user created via automation
- [ ] Glance API and registry services configured
- [ ] Storage backend configured (file or swift)
- [ ] Service user and endpoints registered with Keystone
- [ ] Default images (Cirros, Ubuntu) uploaded automatically
- [ ] Image verification and metadata configured
- [ ] Integration tests confirm image upload/download works
- [ ] Monitoring checks for Glance service health
