Create converter script

Create a python script that converts all notebooks inside notebook dir to markdown files, instead of converting them one by one.

Look at the notebook directory structure to understand the current conversion process. The script should iterate over all notebooks in the directory and convert each to markdown. Check if there are existing scripts or tools used for single notebook conversion to reuse that logic. Test by running the script on a few notebooks to ensure markdown files are generated correctly.
