As a user I want to have IntelliSense for Visual Code So that I can Use Visual Code Editor for test development purposes

Acceptance Criteria
- Ability to create new features/scenarios with the support of the editor without looking up the grammar
- Ensure only the supporting grammar is shown, not the clutter. I.e. remove all the unwanted grammar from the intelisense window.
