feat: add more template functions

Description
It would be nice to have ability use more templates function under `PullFilePath`.
One of possible solution is use [sprig](https://github.com/Masterminds/sprig):
``` yml
PullFilePath: '{{ .Dir }}/{{.Locale | replace "-" "_" }}{{.Ext }}'
```
Also I have created [sprig#16](https://github.com/Masterminds/sprig/issues/16) about adding `trimSuffix`.
`Truncate` can be replaced with [trunc](https://github.com/Masterminds/sprig#string-functions).
