Publish versioned archive releases?

Greetings! I'm packaging [Woodpecker CI](https://woodpecker-ci.org/) for Debian, and as this library is a required dependency of Woodpecker I'll be packaging `httpsignatures-go` too. It would greatly help with the Debian packaging if this project had versioned releases; GitHub allows these [to be made quite easily in the web interface](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/releasing-projects-on-github/managing-releases-in-a-repository#creating-a-release).

Even better still would be if the releases were versioned according to the [Semantic Versioning](https://semver.org/spec/v2.0.0.html) scheme, leading to a version like `1.0.0` (or `0.0.1` for an unstable release).
