Mini video player on the main page of the website. Like the music player.

I want to watch the video and see the files at the same time (too lazy to use picture-in-picture by firefox)

**Describe the idea / solution you'd like**
It would be convenient if it were possible to watch the video without leaving the page. Also, you can place the player in the lower right corner of the page (with the ability to move the window itself). I would like at least basic player functions such as rewinding by 5-10 seconds and repeating.

Analise a implementação existente do player de música no código do frontend para entender como a reprodução de mídia é tratada. Identifique o componente do player de vídeo ou o local onde a reprodução de vídeo é iniciada. O player precisa ser arrastável e oferecer suporte a controles básicos, como avançar e retroceder. Verifique o layout da UI para definir onde colocar o mini-player, provavelmente em um canto. Teste com um vídeo de exemplo para observar o comportamento atual.
