m3u and m3u8 are only recognized as audio

## Describe the bug
Copyparty assumes m3u/m3u8 are audio
when they can be video
So when I went to play one in copyparty it immediately started trying to "transcode the audio"

## To Reproduce
Have an m3u/m3u8 file that plays a series of ts video segment files
(I presume other video types would work for this)

### Expected behavior
I thought it'd recognize that it's a video and play as one

### Server details (if you're NOT using docker/podman)
remove the ones that are not relevant:
* Same as client at the moment
* The SFX.py one though I'm gonna try the exe version
* I have a bat file with: "python.exe copyparty-sfx.py --no-robots -c party.conf"
* run copyparty with `--version` and grab the last 3 lines (they start with `copyparty`, `CPython`, `sqlite`) and paste them below this line:
