WebDAV page (/?hc) - Provide example of persistent rclone mount setup

On the WebDAV page, you encourage the use of rclone, but for davfs2, you provide an example of a setup that automounts on boot using a fstab entry, which makes it seem pretty attractive. It would be neat to suggest a similar "set up once and you're good" setup for rclone too, maybe a systemd service (rclone isn't fstab compatible AFAIK)
