Generated QR code for shared files is inconsistent

### Describe the bug
When I generate a single file share, the generated QR code includes the full link to the file, leading to a direct download in browsers. However, when I later view that share in ?shares and click on 'qr' to view the QR again, the generated QR code does not include the full path.

### Expected behavior
The QR codes should be the same for consistency: the one generated later should match the one generated initially.
