Hex editor in Web UI

Since we already have a text editor for uploaded files, it would be very nice to have a hex editor directly in the web UI too.
In a perfect world, this would be an option in the right click context menu (possibly below the "open in textfile viewer" option), and would work something like [hexed.it](https://hexed.it). I am aware of the fact that this doesn't have too many use-cases, but it would still be nice to add.
