Question: a "delete media" option e.g. for clean-up purposes

- after downloading media to local disk, maybe a "delete" option would be helpful to "clean up" on the server side
- would be useful for archiving and reducing matrix server db size

Look at the existing media handling code in matrix-commander, likely in a module like media.py or upload.py. Understand how media is currently downloaded and stored. The feature requires adding a delete command that interacts with the Matrix API to remove media from the server. Check the Matrix spec for media deletion endpoints and test with a local or test server.
