Inconsistent Performance Numbers in the README

I am not sure how to reconcile the times quoted in the README.md in the code blocks with the immediately following sentence that it takes "about 5~8ms to enter a container and execute stuff" (see screenshot below).
The fastest time in the code blocks is 0.450s for 20 iterations which would be 22.5 ms per iteration, not 5~8ms (even then that is system time, not real time). Is one of these numbers out dated or is there something wrong in one of these calculations?
