Http -> HttpClient refactor

All the services need to be updated to use HttpClient module instead of Http.

Can probably update the way we currently attach headers (like JWTs) to use an interceptor.

Find all services using the old Http module and replace them with HttpClient. Look for existing header attachment patterns to create an interceptor for JWTs. Check the project's service files and see how HTTP calls are currently made. Verify the changes by running any existing API tests.
