Custom Model folder selection - instead of SD WebUI path?

I can only show SD WebUI path from settings.
But the problem is i have .yaml folder which setup to use my main Model folder in another location.
is there anyway to show my model / data folder other then SD webui?

Check how the current path is read and where custom folder logic could be added. The goal is to allow users to specify an alternative model/data folder location, not just the default SD WebUI path.
