Item displaying in 2nd chat

There's a couple plugins like https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/chatitem-display-items-in-chat.19064/
and other similar like this one don't work on 2nd chat, meaning that the [Diamond Sword] shows up in 2nd chat but when you hover it it's not showing up the actual item with the enchants and lores and stuff like it should be and like it is for the main chat.

The issue is about item display in a secondary chat window in a Minecraft mod. Look for chat rendering code, likely in UI or chat handling classes. Check how items are rendered with hover tooltips in the main chat versus the second chat. Test by running the mod and reproducing the issue with a plugin like ChatItem.
