[Mod Compat] BetterHUD, Multi-Hotbar, Dual Hotbar

**Describe the bug**
Enabling the BetterHUD, Multi-Hotbar, or Dual Hotbar mods cause this mod's visual elements to disappear. This does not affect the button found in the menu.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Install Forge 1.12.2
2. Install 5zig
3. Install one of the aforementioned mods
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
I expect the visual elements of 5zig to remain alongside those added/changed by the other
