huge lag spike when opening chat - 1.16 test release

When i open the chat with the 1.16 development build for the first time i get a huge lag spike, my game freezes for about 3 seconds. after that it doesnt happen again until the next time i restart my game.

Look for chat-related initialization code in the 1.16 development build. Check for resource loading or UI setup that might run on first open. Profile the game to identify the lag source, then optimize the initialization path. Verify the fix by restarting the game and opening chat to ensure the spike is gone.
