[mc1.15.2-v3.14.0] Duplicating Chat Message filter's Auto-Text

**Version:**

**Description:**
The auto-text action's message of an chat-message-filter will be send another time with each edit done to the **first** of it's kind.

**To Reproduce:**
1) Delete all other existing chat filters.
2) Create a chat message filter with a auto text (RegEx or not does not matter).
3) When tested the filter should correctly only send one message
4) Go into the edit menu of the filter and press done (with or without any changes)
5) Once the filter is tested again the auto text message will be send edited+1 times.

**Short fix:**
\> Restarting the game stops sending multiple messages until the **first** filter is edited again.

The bug suggests a duplication on edit of the first filter; start by finding where filter edits are processed and where auto-text messages are sent.
