bug with with re-adding Emails

Preconditions: пользователь авторизован, получена лицензия, создано подключение к БД, подключен SMTP server.
Summary: Configuration(notifications), при нажатии на кнопку add email возможно добавить уже используемый email.
1. Открыть приложение;
2. Открыть вкладку Configuration;
3. Открыть страницу notifications;
4. Правый клик по кнопке add email;
5. Ввести email(пример raketskiy.artyom@gmail.com);
6. Нажать Enter;
7. Правый клик по кнопке add email;
8. Ввести email(пример raketskiy.artyom@gmail.com);
9. Нажать Enter.
Result: email добавлен.
Expecte result: email не добавлен.


The issue is in the notifications configuration page where duplicate emails can be added. Look for the frontend component handling the 'add email' button and the backend API endpoint that processes the email submission.
