Создать item с указанием поставщика

Steps to reproduce:
1. Изменить количество объекта фактически

Expected result:
На адрес поставщика пришло уведомление на заказ объектов

Actual result:
На адрес поставщика не пришло уведомление на заказ объектов

Look at the notification sending logic, likely in a backend service or controller. Check the inventory update flow for where notifications are triggered. Verify the supplier contact and email configuration. Test the notification system independently to see if it's a configuration or code issue.
