fix bug: unable to change the SMTP server settings

**Summary: не удается изменить настройки SMTP-сервера**

Environment:
- v0.4.2
- KAUNAS / hp
- win 11 pro
- google chrome - версия 114.0.5735.134

Preconditions:
- Пользователь авторизован
- Лицензионный ключ введен
- SMTP server настроен

Steps to reproduce:
1. Перейти на вкладку "Configuration" таб "Notifications"
2. В правом верхнем углу нажать на "Settings"
3. Внести необходимые изменения (например: Username: mary.bilaya@yandex.ru, Password: nofhbcqglgjfzezz)
4. В нижнем правом углу модального окна SMTP server нажать кнопку "Done"

Expected result:
- Сверху экрана появляется всплывающее уведомление "Settings are saved successfully"
- Внесенные изменения отображаются в блоке SMTP server

Actual result:
- Сверху экрана появляется всплывающее уведомление "Settings are saved successfully"
- Информация в блоке SMTP server **НЕ ИЗМЕНЯЕТСЯ**

Look for the SMTP server settings UI component and the backend API endpoint that handles the update. The issue is that the UI shows a success message but the displayed data does not refresh. Check the frontend code for the notifications configuration tab and the backend code that saves SMTP settings. Verify the API response and how the frontend updates the state after a successful save.
