[1h] The directory name can't be edited again

Description
Имя справочника невозможно отредактировать больше одного раза.

Precondition:
войти в учётную запись администратора

Steps to reproduce:
1. Нажать Data Configuration
2. Нажать General directories
3. Открыть любой справочник
4. Нажать на иконку редактирования
5. Изменить имя справочника
6. Нажать кнопку Save
7. Нажать кнопку Save в модальном окне
8. Нажать на иконку редактирования
9. Изменить имя справочника ещё раз
10. Нажать кнопку Save
11. Нажать кнопку Save в модальном окне
12. Баг появляется

Actual result:
имя справочника остаётся неизменным при второй и всех последующих редакциях
Expected result:
имя справочника изменяется после каждой редакции (если имя было изменено)

The issue is about a directory name not being editable after the first save in a React frontend. Look at the component handling the General directories and the modal save logic. Check the state management for the directory name field and the API call on save.
