[1h] The operation time in the item/operation card and in the order card is calculated differently

**Description**
Время операции в карточке операции и в карточке заказа считается неодинаково.

**Precondition**
Войти в учётную запись администратора

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Нажать Orders
2. Выбрать вкладку Done
3. Выбрать заказ №198
4. Выбрать узел №2
5. Выбрать информацию по работнику
6. Баг появляется

**Actual result:**
время в карточке заказа и в карточке узла/операции считается с разницей в одну минуту

**Expected result:**
время в карточке заказа и в карточке узла/операции считается одинаково
