Camera section: Camera not deleted when disconnected

Description:
После отключения камеры, она не удаляется сама из списка подключенных, а продолжает висеть с картинкой при последнем обновлении. На данную камеру все также допускается добавление зон

Step to reproduce:
Отклюбчить любую камеру от сети (в данном случае уже отключены)
Проверить состояние подключенной камеры в "Настройка камер"
Добавить несколько зон и кликнуть [Сохранить]

Expected result:
Камера должна удалиться из списка подключенных после отключения

Actual result:
Камера остается в списке подключенных
