[2h] Incorrect rounding during assembly

Description:
При суммировании времени разных сборок в одном заказе, некорректно округляется время

Step to reproduce:
1. Перйти в заказы
2. Выбрать заказ 123123
3. Обратить внимание на общее время сборки
4. Перейти в сборку
5. Обратить внимание на время
6. Выбрать первую сборку
7. Сверить время работы этой сборки

Expected result:
Время сборки везде совпадает. Округляется в большую или меньшую сторону

Actual result:
Общее время всех сборок округляется неправильно. Время отдельно взятой сборки также не совпадает
