[5h] Gantt report: Performing the same operation at the same time

Precondition:

Login in system as admin

Description:
При указании выбора времени новой заготовки, пересекающейся с временем уже созданной заотовки одного рабочего, в отчете вторая операция накладывается на первую операцию

Steps to reproduce:
1. Created new "Заготовка" with the help of QR-code
2. Пройти все этапы от создания до завершения этапа заготовки с аккаунта рабочего
3. Перейти в очтет Ганта с аккаунта Админа
4. Проверить перакю заготовку и вторую.

Expected result:
Таймспаны не могут накладываться друг на друга по времени у одного рабочего

Actual result:
Таймспаны операции накладываются друг на друга у одного рабочего

The issue is about overlapping time spans in a Gantt chart report. Look for Gantt chart components, likely in a reports or visualization section. Check how worker operations and time intervals are fetched and rendered. The video attachment shows the bug; reproducing requires setting up two overlapping operations for the same worker and inspecting the chart rendering logic.
