Description:
При завершении любой операции "Заготовка", в отчете Ганта данная операция находится как в заготовках, так и в сборках

Steps to reproduce:
1. Created new "Заготовка" with the help of QR-code
2. Пройти все этапы от создания до завершения этапа заготовки с аккаунта рабочего
3. Перейти в очтет Ганта с аккаунта Админа
4. Проверить заготовку, которая ранее была создана. Также обратить внимание на сборку этой заготовки

Expected result:
В отчете Ганта данный таймспан должне быть указан только как операция для заготовки

Actual result:
В отчете Ганта данный таймспан указан как операция заготовки и сборки
