Login in system as admin
Description:
Sectioln "Сотрудники" located in section "Справочники", not in the main menu.
Step to reproduse:
1. Click on the section "Справочники"
2. Pay attention on section "Сотрудники"
Expected result:
Section "Сотрудники" located in main menu.
Actual result:
Section "Сотрудники" located in section "Справочники".

Look for the main menu and sidebar navigation components in the frontend codebase, likely in a directory like `src/components/navigation/` or `src/layout/`. Find where 'Справочники' (Directories/References) is defined and move the 'Сотрудники' (Employees) link or component to the main menu section.
