[3h]fix bug in Orders View(product operation time)

summary: Orders View, при выборе заказа, время начала операции по продукту отображается не верно(+3 часа относительно времени из базы данных).
1. Открыть приложение;
2. Отрыть вкладку Orders View;
3. Выбрать заказа со статусом started(пример 55676).
Result: Время начало операции 4:56 PM(+3 часа ко времени начало согласно БД).
Expecte result: Время начала операции согласно таблице 2023-02-28-13:56:16.
