[5h] In Orders view, graphs are not drawn at the same starting and ending time

**Steps:**

1. Вписать стартовое время 8:00
2. Вписать конечное время 8:00
3. Проверить отображение графиков

**Actual result:**
При одинаковом значении стартового и конечного времени , график не отображается

**Expected Result:**
Установить разницу в начальном и конечно времени для каждого параметра Zoom индивидуально (1x- 4 часа , 2 x- 2 часа , 4x - 1 час , 8x - 30 минут , 16x - 15 мин , 32x - 8 минут)
