add sorting by steps to Orders View

Необходимо добавить сортировку по шагам Step 1-> Step 2-> Step 3-> Step 4-> Step 5 , а так же скрывать не нужные столбцы


Look for the Orders View component and its table implementation. Identify how columns are currently defined and sorted. Implement sorting logic for the 'steps' column in the order Step 1 -> Step 5, and add a feature to hide columns. Check for existing table utilities or state management for visibility toggles.
