[1.5h] Implement preloaders and notification messages to the process of zones creation

During the process of zones detection there is a need to add pre-loaders and notifications on the progress of zones creation.
They should be consistent to the system design.

Look for the component or page where zones detection and creation is handled. Identify the API calls or processes that need loading states. Use the existing design system for preloaders and notification components. Check for similar patterns in the codebase to ensure consistency.
