[0.09h] fix bug: can not delete the camera from Configuration page

Preconditions:
- Пользователь авторизован
- Лицензионный ключ применен
- Камера авторизована

Steps to reproduce:
1. Перейти на вкладку "Configuration"
2. Напротив авторизованной камеры нажать на иконку "корзины"
3. В появившемся модальном окне подтвердить удаление, нажав на кнопку "Remove"

Expected result:
Происходит удаление камеры из системы

Actual result:
Удаление камеры не происходит. Ошибка 401
