Убираем табы Cameras и Algorithms, вместо их появляется таб Configuration.

В конфигурации можно поключиться к бд, подключить камеры и настроить их, перейти на страницу камеры.

2/2 (надо изменить). Левая часть скроллится, справа выводится изображение с камеры.
Переход на страницу камеры.
На странице камеры через Settings можно открыть ту же модалку.
