Fix bug with filters

Summary: Orders View, после настройки фильтра и выбора заказа- настройки фильтра сбрасываются.
1. Открыть приложение;
2. Открыть вкладку Orders View;
3. Правый клик по кнопке filter;
4. Выбрать настройки фильтра;
5. Правый клик по кнопке apply;
6. Выбрать любой заказ.
Result: Заказ открыт, настройки фильтра не сохранены.
Expecte result: Заказ открыт, настройки фильтра сохранены.


The issue is about the Orders View where filter settings reset after selecting an order. Look for the Orders View component, likely in a directory like `src/views/orders/` or `src/components/orders/`. Examine the filter state management, possibly using React context, Redux, or local component state. Check the event handler for order selection to see if it inadvertently clears the filter state.
