[4h] Add possibility to stop algorythm

As a user I would like to have a possibility to stop functioning of some algorythms, which I don't need to monitor only those I need right now.

Look for algorithm management components in the frontend codebase, likely in a directory like `src/components/` or `src/features/`. Identify where algorithms are listed and controlled. The feature requires adding UI controls (e.g., toggle buttons) to stop individual algorithms and updating the state management to handle the stopped state. Check existing tests for algorithm components to understand the testing pattern.
