[2h] The video of the operation doesn't start playing until it's rewound

Description:
Видео операции не начинает воспроизводиться, пока его не перемотать на несколько секунд вперёд.

Precondition:
войти в систему под кредами работника с прикреплённой к рабочему месту камерой, стартовать и завершить операцию, выйти из системы

Steps to reproduce:
1. Войти в систему как Админ
2. Нажать раздел Employees
3. Выбрать сотрудника, стартовавшего операцию
4. Нажать Tasks
5. Перейти на вкладку Done
6. Открыть последнюю выполненную операцию
7. Нажать на иконку видео в правом верхнем углу
8. Нажать на видео

Actual result:
видео застывает на паузе на временной отметке 00:00

Expected result:
видео начинает автоматическое воспроизведение
